Northeast Family Services in Rhode Island seeks a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Lead Therapist to join our RI team. This role supports children, adolescents, and families, coordinating treatment and supervising staff. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with benefits and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year experience working withChildren, youth and families.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Experience with supervision, service delivery and case management is a plus.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between individuals and service providers in each client’s treatment.
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff.
• Coordinate all related treatment services and program documentation.
