Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Bilingual Trailer Parts Sales & Customer Representative for their Plant City, FL location. The role involves direct customer contact, parts identification, and order fulfillment for the trailer, axle, and related systems markets. Strong product knowledge and Spanish-English communication are essential.

The position is onsite with limited travel for training. Candidates should have 2+ years in customer service or parts-related roles and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to communicate with customers.
• Experience in customer service, parts counter, inside sales, or trailer/heavy-duty truck parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify, recommend, and cross-reference trailer parts based on customer needs and equipment specifications.
• Process orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately using ERP and CRM systems.
• Follow up on quotes, orders, backorders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain accurate records.
