Job summary

PARENT EDUCATION BRIDGE FOR STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FOUNDATION LLC seeks energetic Teachers to join their team of Parent Education Instructors in Los Angeles. Instructors will teach classes to parents using provided curriculum, create a welcoming environment, and empower parents to support their children’s success. Ideal candidates should be bilingual in Spanish and English, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in technology, STEM, coding, and robotics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a substitute teacher is preferred.
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Knowledge of classroom health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Present workshops for parents and families at the assigned school sites.
• Assign homework and grade assignments.
• Track students’ progress and report behavioral incidents.

Skills

Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education
