Job summary

Generac is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor in Wisconsin to manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and data integrity to streamline hiring and comply with regulations.

Leverage multiple channels to attract top talent, contribute to employer branding efforts, and collaborate with HR to refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Spanish and English language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates using CRM, job boards, social media.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
