The Sherwin-Williams Company in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for Store #701893. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products while maintaining store presentation.

You will help process sales, tint/mix products, stock shelves, and support deliveries. The role requires English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Job description

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Store Associates work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store Associates are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Store Associates are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #701893, located at: 2416 Teal Road Lafayette, IN 47905

This is a PART TIME position.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.
