Job summary

Surge Staffing in the United States is seeking a motivated Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level recruiter will handle sales-driven staffing with English/Spanish communication, screen and onboard candidates, and build client relationships.

You will source candidates through job boards and databases, conduct interviews, and collaborate with clients to match skills with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team.
