Surge Staffing in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated, energetic Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team in a full-time internal position. This entry-level role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting recruiting and onboarding for clients and temporary staff.

You will recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates while building strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to grow business partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with clients, candidates, and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Cincinnati (Kenwood), OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
