Job summary

Specialized Assessment & Consulting seeks a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, school-based role in Beaumont, TX. Evaluations and direct therapy will occur on campuses, with reports feasible from home. The position includes ARD meeting attendance and staff consultation.

Spanish bilingual capability is required, along with Texas licensure and CCC-SLP credentials; minimum 2 years of school-age service experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Current Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification are required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of school-based speech service experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete speech-language evaluations on an as-needed basis.
• Provide speech therapy to students in a school setting.
• Attend ARD meetings and provide consultation to school staff.

Bilingual SLP rates start at $63/hr

Qualifications for Bilingual SLP positions

• Current license to practice in Texas as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a recognized, accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2 years experience providing speech services to school-aged children
• Ability to practice without supervision
• Bilingual in Spanish
