Job summary

Mobis Alabama LLC is seeking a Specification Control Specialist to manage Pilot/SOP BOMs and coordinate with suppliers and customers in Korean and English. You will develop master parts lists, keep BOMs current across departments, and oversee build schedules for pilot/SOP projects in the automotive sector.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and flexibility for OT and second shift as needed. Automotive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required (Korean/English in reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical abilities.
• Ability to work OT and 2nd shift as needed.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Pilot/SOP Cockpit/Chassis/Bumper, IP BOM with customer BOM, communicating in Korean and English.
• Develop Pilot/SOP Master Parts List for modules of all pilot/SOP project vehicles.
• Manage Pilot/SOP Parts List to keep information up to date across departments.
• Maintain and create Pilot/SOP build schedules/orders for suppliers and customers.
• Analyze Pilot/SOP planning data from customers and suppliers.
• Lead Pilot/SOP EO change meetings with customers, suppliers and departments.
