Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager 2 to lead a retail location with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and managing store operations. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and a sales team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

You will gain leadership experience through coaching, training, and collaboration with key stakeholders, with access to ongoing development and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities required.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
