Connectivity Source is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to join our energetic team in Little Rock. You will be the face of our stores, delivering exceptional service to Spanish- and English-speaking customers and driving sales in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

We offer an hourly pay range of $19–$23, plus a new hire ramp-up bonus of $400 and benefits. Open availability and the ability to stand for long periods are required as part of a fast-paced, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
• Benefits subject to policy requirements.
