AT&T in San Francisco is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the best products and services. You will leverage a consultative approach to drive sales on the floor and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role requires availability 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a 40-hour schedule and ongoing coaching to meet goals. Prior retail experience is advantageous and earnings include hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach to guide options and close sales.
• Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly advance scheduling.
