Job summary

AT&T in Sacramento is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver bilingual customer service (English and Spanish) and drive sales across our latest devices and services. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide them through options, and build lasting connections on the sales floor.

You will work 20 hours per week with a schedule from 9am–9pm, including weekends, and you can earn commissions up to substantial totals based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use consultative selling to guide customers through options and tailor recommendations.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers as part of store goals.
• Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning two weeks in advance.
• Stay adaptable in a fast-paced tech environment and leverage AT&T products to meet customer needs.
• If you lack sales experience, you will receive tools, training, and coaching to help you reach targets.
