Job summary

AT&T Chicago is seeking a bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (Spanish/English) to help customers choose the best wireless, devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to connect with people and hit sales targets.

You’ll work a 9 am–9 pm schedule with weekends and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with tools, training, and coaching to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor using a consultative approach.
• Guide customers through options and help them choose products/services.
• Fill online orders and participate in events to engage the community.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to meet sales targets.
