Expect to participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls, with a schedule 9am–9pm including weekends. This fast-paced role offers an earnings mix: $17.12–$21.50 per hour plus a $13,700 commission target, and uncapped commissions potentially reaching over $60k annually.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be involved in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain scheduling, with monthly seniority-based shifts planned 2 weeks in advance.
