Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English is required or highly preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are set 2 weeks in advance.
