Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role focuses on bilingual (Spanish/English) customer engagement, consultative selling, and meeting sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with full training provided.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.25 - $20.82 per hour + plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
