Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using communication skills to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and support merchandising and inventory.
