Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in McAllen, TX to guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach on the store floor. You will participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers.

The role requires working a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with two-week advance notice for seniority-based schedules. Prior retail experience helps, but training is provided to help you meet your goals.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
