Job summary

D4cdb is hiring entry-level dental professionals to join our pediatric dental team in Gainesville. No prior dental experience is required, and we provide hands-on training to help you grow with the practice.

You’ll be involved in welcoming families, supporting the workflow, learning chairside basics, and assisting the doctor and hygienist as you gain confidence. This is a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• No dental experience required; training provided.
• Excellent patient-facing communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Bilingual communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families and help create a calm, fun visit.
• Assist the team with room setup, clean-up, and patient flow.
• Learn chairside assisting basics and how to support the doctor/hygienist.
• Help with sterilization and organizing instruments and supplies.
• Learn dental software basics and front desk support (as needed).
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines (training provided).
