Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 seeks a certified, bilingual RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas. You’ll work in clients’ homes or community settings, recording progress with digital devices and supporting families daily.

Active RBT certification and fluency in Spanish and English are required. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and rapid onboarding to serve Hispanic families in the Kansas City area.

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and families, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with clients, families, and the clinical team as needed.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
