AT&T is seeking a bilingual Assistant Retail Store Manager in Queens, NY to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You’ll partner with the store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and a team of retail sales consultants to deliver an exceptional customer experience across AT&T's services.

You will mentor staff, plan strategically, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives while ensuring compliance and training.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
