Job summary

AT&T in Sarasota, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will work with the store manager to execute merchandising, product launches, and customer experiences that reflect the company’s best-in-class services.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, ensuring they meet sales and service goals while delivering leadership and development opportunities. The role includes strong pay and comprehensive benefits.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
