Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, supervise daily operations, and drive top-line results in a dynamic retail environment. You will partner with a store manager to deploy merchandising plans, coaching programs, and sales initiatives that enhance the customer experience across AT&T products and services.

The role includes coaching a team of sales consultants, executing promotional events, and delivering outstanding service while meeting store targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $57,000 - $85,600 + $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
