Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Wayne, NJ to partner with the store manager in daily store operations and to coach a team of sales consultants. You will oversee merchandising, product launches, and work to meet sales objectives, while delivering an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T services.

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $57,000 and $85,600 annual salaries, plus $18,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that come with working at AT&T. An individual's starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
