Seneca Family of Agencies in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Bilingual Social Worker / Therapist to provide clinical guidance within Kaiser Wraparound. You will conduct intake, treatment planning, case planning, and community-based services across 8–10 clients, in homes and schools, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic youth and family care.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work/psychology/counseling, CA BBS registration, 21+ years of age, and licensure or pending

As the Bilingual Social Worker / Therapist on our team, you'll play a key role in supporting youth and family by providing clinical guidance and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well rounded care at every step of the way. You will work on case planning, utilize your curiosity to identify the needs of youth and families, and offer insight on casework. You will be responsible for completing intake assessment, treatment plans, and incident reports in a timely manner. ThisKaiser Wraparound program is a partnership between Kaiser Permanente and Seneca, providing behaviorally focused mental health services to children and families. The program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). Team members work with children and families providing services for the case load of 8 -10 clients almost exclusively in the community: in families’ homes, schools, other community locations within San Mateo County.
