Job summary

Aprende Tutoring is a bilingual tutoring and mentorship company serving LA, Orange County, and Ventura County. We seek a creator to turn reach into a repeatable brand by planning, creating, and scheduling social content across Instagram Reels, stories, and posts.

You will set up small paid ad campaigns, craft captions in English and Spanish, and capture/edit short-form video during sessions around LA. Build an owned audience while tracking engagement and performance to drive future ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content for students and families.
• Ability to write captions in English and Spanish when needed.
• Familiarity with running small paid ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule social media content (Instagram Reels, stories, posts).
• Help shape a monthly content calendar tied to the school-year rhythm.
• Set up and manage small paid ad campaigns on a modest budget.
• Capture and edit short-form video content, including in-person filming around LA.
• Write captions and simple copy in English (and Spanish).
• Track engagement, saves, shares, DMs, and ad performance.
