Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, Inc. seeks a production shop helper in High Point, NC on first shift. You will assist on the production floor, handle loose parts, paint and clean fabricated air handling units, and support other trades on the team.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, high school education, and ability to read a tape measure and read blueprints. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on use of power tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and speaking proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle loose parts and tools.
• Paint and clean fabricated air handling units.
• Organize lunches and plan events.
• Speak to employees on the production floor.
• Assist other trades employees in your department as directed (e.g. Welders, Pipefitters, Electricians).
• Use power tools (e.g. circular saw, drill, reciprocating saw).
• Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies.
• Work in a fast-paced team environment.
