Fidelis Logistics is seeking a Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk (English/Spanish) in Alabama to manage incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, verify deliveries, and coordinate loading schedules to keep operations on track.

Qualifications

1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Process and verify incoming shipments—ensure everything matches work orders.
Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule.
Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records—digital logs & documentation.
Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers.
Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors.
Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow.
Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.).
Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
