Job summary

Harmonious Hiring LLC in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking a Korean bilingual Senior Business Strategy & Planning Specialist to support business planning, performance analysis, and budget management for the KAM organization. You will analyze sales data and prepare performance reports to guide decision making.

You will develop business plans, monitor progress against targets, manage the KAM1 budget, and provide back-office support to Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

6-10 years of relevant professional experience in business planning, logistics, or a related field.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
Working knowledge of the logistics industry.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business and sales data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance and prepare business performance reports.
Support the development of business plans and monitor progress against planned goals and targets.
Monitor and manage the KAM1 team's budget, including budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
Provide back-office support to the Sales and Operations teams under KAM, including coordinating business-related requests and supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
Manage business schedules and meeting calendars for the KAM1 team.
