Job summary

TwinThread is looking for a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Westminster, Colorado, who will serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout their loan process. This role requires a strong background in mortgage lending, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will coach branch teams, collaborate on marketing efforts, and develop strong partnerships with retail branches to drive mortgage loan originations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers, and introduces new clients.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis.

Skills

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
