Job summary

Spitzer Industries is seeking a Bilingual Senior Industrial Recruiter to own recruiting for skilled trades and manufacturing in the Houston area. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for welders, fitters, fabricators and related roles, partnering with yard superintendents and shop leadership to forecast workforce needs and build pipelines.

The role requires strong sourcing, testing coordination, and the ability to manage outside staffing agencies to meet production demands in a heavy

Qualifications

Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive recruiting experience in industrial/manufacturing or skilled-trades recruiting.
Demonstrated experience recruiting welders, fitters, fabricators and other skilled trades.
Experience recruiting in structural steel fabrication, heavy manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, offshore/marine fabrication or industrial construction.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and skilled-trades positions.
Source, screen and qualify candidates beyond résumés to ensure industrial experience aligns with work requirements.
Coordinate candidate interviews, tests, and skills assessments.
Manage relationships with yard superintendents, shop leadership, HR and operations leadership.
Coordinate staffing agencies, establish submittal requirements and monitor performance.
