Middleton Place is seeking a Dedicated Security Officer to provide static security for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas in West Palm Beach, FL. You will ensure access points are secure and protect residents with attentiveness to detail and safety.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a Class D license, and a HS diploma or GED. You will write detailed reports each shift and maintain professional communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required for verbal and written communication.
• Class D License required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas.
• Write detailed reports using company technology during each shift.
• Ensure on-time shift start, clock in/out, and follow dress code.
• Interact with clients and staff to maintain security and peace of mind.
• Promptly report information to the Dedicated Branch Supervisor.
• Care for assigned signal equipment (radios, keys/cards, vehicles).
• Deescalate issues professionally.
• Meet daily benchmarks and service quality standards.
• Communicate client needs and post-order changes to ensure operational excellence.
