Job summary

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across North Carolina. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent afternoon/evening hours.

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide.

Qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required).
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
• Available Mon-Fri 3-8 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina.
• Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
• Participate in weekly supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions.
