Job summary

CITY Furniture, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Sales Manager In Training for the Ashley North Miami Beach showroom. The role focuses on mastering the sales cycle, guest service, and customer relationship management while preparing for a Showroom Manager position.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and related experience. Expect a 42.5-hour week in a fast-paced showroom with growth opportunities as the company expands its showrooms and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferred.
• Experience in a related environment recommended.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service (Face to Face) – greet guests, demonstrate products, discuss features and benefits, close sales and schedule deliveries.
• Customer Account Management – monitor sales, resolve issues, perform after-sale follow-up, update CRM records.
• Professional Development – obtain certifications and training, use LMS, learn AS400 and showroom operations.
• Personal Business Development – initiate contact with guests during promotions, generate leads, follow up with customers.
• Visual Merchandising/Administrative – open/close store, tag pricing, maintain showroom, manage inventory data.
• Team Involvement – participate in updates and align personal and team goals.
