Cavender’s in Texas is seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in English and Spanish. You will build relationships, suggest products, and help customers find items that meet their needs, while staying knowledgeable about current Western and workwear trends.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, stocking, merchandising, and supporting daily store operations.

• Deliver Best of the WEST customer service by greeting customers and building relationships throughout their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
• Use effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and current Western/workwear trends.
• Assist customers with product selection, special orders, and locating merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and visually appealing; restock displays and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Uphold store safety and report concerns to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures; support store operations as needed.
