Aaron’s in Houston is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, drive sales, and keep the floor clean and organized. The role involves assisting with customer files and contracts, moving merchandise, and providing energetic service on a physically demanding floor.

You’ll help customers locate products, perform clerical duties related to files and contracts, and join a team that values training and safety. Eligible for performance incentives relative to results.

• Must enjoy helping customers and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise with training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older; high school diploma preferred.

The salary range for this role is $12.80 to $13.50 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
