EXP Group is a produce distribution and logistics company serving retailers, wholesalers, and food service operators across the Northeast. We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Sales Assistant to support Korean retail accounts in the NJ/NY metro area, handling day-to-day needs from the office and store visits.

You will serve as the main contact for Korean-speaking store owners, take orders, verify pricing, and coordinate with sales, purchasing, and operations to ensure timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English, with written and spoken fluency.
• 1+ years in sales support, customer service, or account coordination.
• Comfortable on the phone and visiting stores to speak to owners.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to track many open items at once.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits.
• Proficient with email, Excel, and order entry systems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for Korean-speaking store owners and managers by phone and in person.
• Take and enter orders, confirm pricing, and follow orders through to delivery.
• Visit assigned stores on a regular schedule to check product quality and rotation.
• Translate and relay account needs between customers and our sales, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Follow up on open issues: shortages, credits, substitutions, delivery timing.
• Suggest additional items and promotions to grow volume in existing accounts.
• Keep account records and activity current in our systems; support quotes and reports.
