Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Conroe, TX is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to delivery exceptional customer service and tailored wireless solutions. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, with training provided and opportunities for upward mobility within Cricket Wireless.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, have reliable transportation, and be able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (with possible bonus).
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
• Duties at events may include engaging with customers and distributing marketing materials.
