Job summary

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer, seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Springfield, IL. You will help customers find wireless solutions and deliver outstanding service, while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, with PTO after 90 days and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication and strong customer service orientation.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs; participate in events when required.
• Occasionally take part in outside sales events or community engagements.
