Job summary

Mobilelink USA, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Amarillo, TX. You’ll serve customers with tailored wireless solutions and contribute to a dynamic sales floor.

Training and tools are provided to help you succeed, with clear paths to leadership. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages (English and Spanish).
• Strong communication skills and a focus on exemplary customer service.
• Background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• Age 18 or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored and thoughtful wireless solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally and courteously.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply for exceeding targets.
• May participate in outside sales events or promotional activities as needed.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.

• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
• As part of this role, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift up to10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for purposesof inventory and stocking.
• Requireto stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).
