Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Pittsburgh, PA to provide outstanding customer service and tailor solutions for customers, families, and businesses. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

This role features a base salary plus commissions, unlimited earning potential, and a path to leadership. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO after 90 days. You’ll assist in store operations and help achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
