Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a Bilingual Safety Specialist to promote an accident-free workplace by implementing safety policies, training, and maintaining documentation. You will ensure compliance with state and federal laws across facilities and collaborate with departments to minimize hazards and foster a culture of safety.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and safety training/certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing instruction of OSHA safety disciplines.
• Coordinate safety training requirements.
• Maintain training and safety records.
• Review documents to reflect hazards and regulatory changes.
• Conduct safety audits across facilities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to align safety programs with goals.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrences.
