You will plan, implement, and oversee safety, coordinate with operations, and ensure OSHA compliance while training staff on health and safety practices. The role requires 2–3+ years of safety experience, OSHA 30 and CPR-First Aid, and a strong command of Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of safety management experience in multi-family or large projects.
• California Class C driver's license with clean DMV record.
• OSHA 30-hour and CPR-First Aid certifications within 90 days of employment; ongoing renewals.
• Bilingual Spanish reading, writing, and speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee company safety at work sites.
• Conduct safety walks, inspections, and risk analyses before projects.
• Maintain safety reports and incident investigations; determine root causes.
• Educate employees on safety standards and machinery operation.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and local laws.
