Preferred Home Care of NY a Help at Home® company is hiring bilingual Russian Personal Care Aides (PCA) to support clients in their homes. You will provide in-home care, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance, with weekly pay of up to $19.10 per hour.

Applicants must be bilingual (Russian/English), possess a valid HHA/PCA certificate, a valid ID, and comply with state-required background screening and training requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Aides (PCA), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the client.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English required to provide effective communication and support for the client.
• Valid HHA/PCA Certificate
• Valid ID
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
