Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Registered Nurses to join our expanding field team. You will travel to clients’ homes, conduct initial assessments, develop care plans, and support ongoing, high-quality nursing care across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey (required)

• Experience in home care, hospice, or community health is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrative team for compliance and documentation.
