Job summary

CASA seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver nursing and medical services at the Casa Hostos Residential Clinics. The role includes medication reconciliation support for Housing Programs and may require on-call coverage and weekend hours.

CT-licensed RN with ambulatory detox experience and Spanish bilingual skills are required, along with CPR and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with CT license and 2 years of ambulatory detoxification and/or chemically supported treatment.
• Experience with cross-cultural interactions; appreciation of Latino/African American cultures.
• Maintains Nursing license and CPR qualifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Growth-oriented; set and work towards professional goals.
• Willing to develop multicultural competency in behavioral health.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• HRSA approved site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assess, and implement nursing and medical services at the Casa Hostos Residential Clinics.
• Assist Supportive Housing Programs with medication reconciliation.
• May participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend hours.
