Mobilelink is hiring a Bilingual Retail Store Manager in Springdale, AR. The role oversees sales, service, and operations for the store, leading a team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The position requires fluent English and Spanish, 2+ years of retail sales management, and the ability to recruit and grow staff. Compensation includes base salary with commission and benefits, with full-time hours across weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish for bilingual role.
• Two years of proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Foster a work environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
• Train employees on new products/promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with investigations as needed.
• Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and reporting.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete trainings.
• Protect company assets and participate in events when required.
