Qualifications

• Two years' proven retail sales management experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop store teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong sales skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with investigations.
