Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Robertsdale, AL to own the sales and operations of the store and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products, coach staff, and ensure a compliant, welcoming store environment while driving sales performance and growth. This role requires bilingual communication and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
• Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of your store, driving business performance and team success.
